As a Client Service Professional at RRD, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction post-sales. You will manage inbound order fulfillment related to print services and kitting, executing customer orders received through our online systems or direct communication. You'll be the key liaison between our customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary service professional for clients and internal teams, leading client meetings and business reviews.
- Provide comprehensive support to sales and customers by addressing inquiries and managing disputes in a timely manner.
- Translate customer requirements into precise manufacturing and shipping instructions, ensuring clarity for all parties involved.
- Document processes and create workflows to enhance efficiency for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend improvements to workflows to benefit both customers and the company.
- Conduct quality reviews of orders and ensure accuracy before production begins.
- Process orders and notices, verifying job instructions and pricing in relevant systems.
- Generate quotes and manage client inventory maintenance, producing detailed reports as necessary.
- Facilitate necessary corrections during the production process through clear communication.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Lead corrective action initiatives on behalf of sales and customers, identifying root causes and implementing actionable improvements.
- Maintain data entry responsibilities, including setting up new items and managing existing inventories.
- Serve as the communication bridge between external customers and all internal departments.
- Engage in additional duties and special projects as assigned.
