About The Role
As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will serve as the primary liaison for valued customers enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs. Your role as a Client Retention Specialist is pivotal in nurturing the loyalty of our customers. You will be responsible for educating and assisting clients facing financial challenges as they explore pathways to becoming debt-free. Your efforts will be essential in retaining clients within the Beyond Finance debt hardship program. You will primarily engage with clients through inbound calls, where you will de-escalate concerns, empathize with their financial struggles, and guide them through the Beyond Finance program. A significant focus will be on at-risk clients who may be struggling to see the value of their enrolled program, requiring innovative problem-solving skills to enhance their understanding and appreciation of their decisions.
