- Oversee carrier and vendor management, including new implementations.
- Review and manage documentation and contracts related to carriers and vendors.
- Maintain communication with carrier and vendor representatives to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to develop communication strategies for employee benefits.
- Create engaging materials to clarify and promote benefit program features.
- Lead informational sessions through various formats, ensuring participant understanding of plans.
- Update clients regularly on carrier and vendor offerings.
- Engage in team operations to meet deadlines and enhance service quality.
- Ensure accurate communication of client updates to team members and manage tasks efficiently.
- Support team duties as necessary, including coverage during absences.
