We are in search of a Client Partner, Deliveroo Express to enhance our Global Growth, Strategy & Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the expansion of our innovative white-label solution, empowering partners to provide swift delivery directly through their own platforms, utilizing Deliveroo’s exceptional rider network.

Your Responsibilities
You will join the New Verticals business unit, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, Global Grocery. Deliveroo Express is a vital strategic element of our future, placing you in a key position to manage large-scale, white-label partnerships globally, significantly impacting how leading brands engage with on-demand logistics.
Here’s what your daily responsibilities might entail:
Lead Strategic Partnerships: Oversee and develop a team of Strategic Partnership Managers, managing daily interactions with our Express partners across the restaurant, grocery, and retail domains.
Drive Commercial Strategy: Formulate and execute an account prioritization framework to enhance existing partnerships while identifying new value creation opportunities.
Own the Sales Pipeline: Spearhead high-stakes presentations and contract negotiations for new business, scaling the Express solution to additional global partners.
Deliver Financial Results: Manage the P&L for your portfolio, monitoring performance against annual objectives and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Rider Operations to ensure smooth integration of our white-label technology and maintain high partner satisfaction.
