Your Role at Garage
Ensure Operational Integrity — Maintain and update trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems to keep deal statuses, documentation, and timelines accurate and current.
Resolve Issues Effectively — Proactively identify challenges, gather necessary information, and resolve basic requests swiftly, escalating issues as necessary to ensure continuous deal progression.
Work with Precision — Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while upholding a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitate Internal Collaboration — Serve as the operational liaison between clients, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of issues.
Guide Users on Our Platform — Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the Garage platform, ensuring a smooth completion of required actions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or analytical roles.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
