Your Role
Experience a typical day in this role by watching: A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate
Your responsibilities will include handling customer calls, capturing incoming leads, processing orders, and scheduling appointments—all from the comfort of your home.
You will engage with clients through inbound calls and efficiently relay messages in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires computer work for the entirety of your shift, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, including at least 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
