ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Client Analytics Lead, under the direction of the Director, works closely with both the client and internal stakeholders to design and implement analytics that provide insights, enhance targeting, support planning, and measure outcomes to improve the agency’s products and services for clients. A robust understanding of tools within the media analytics and research domain is essential, as this position requires hands-on engagement with analytics. You will also become acquainted with current modeling and technology offerings to develop tailored solutions for relevant project opportunities.
The Client Analytics Lead oversees a mid-sized team, as part of a larger group. Alongside data analysis and modeling expertise, you should have a passion for mentoring and developing team members, ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to. This role necessitates the ability to manage team workflow across multiple brands and deliverables related to measurement frameworks, analytics roadmaps, data governance, analytics delivery, result interpretation, and preparation of reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights. Regular client-facing presentations, team development, and stakeholder interactions are also key responsibilities.
