Position Overview:
The Client Advisor will act as the main liaison between our organization and assigned clients, focusing on relationship management, service delivery, and strategic technology planning. This vital role connects our technical teams with our clients' business objectives.
In your capacity as a Client Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding the evolution of our clients' technology landscapes in accordance with our proven frameworks. Understanding their business aspirations and translating them into strategic technology initiatives will be crucial to your success.
To excel in this role, you should be well-versed in trending topics relevant to business leaders, including Cybersecurity, Copilot Readiness, and preliminary discussions surrounding AI and Azure Virtual Desktop.
By proactively identifying areas for improvement and innovation, you will steer our clients towards the accomplishment of their goals, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of technological progress.
In addition to your advisory duties, you will be expected to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements through continuous learning and professional development, equipping yourself with the knowledge necessary to provide top-tier guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly in-person meetings with all assigned clients.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted technology advisor.
- Perform regularly scheduled business reviews to evaluate service performance, address client needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Create and present strategic technology roadmaps that align with clients' business objectives.
- Oversee service delivery and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion and account growth.
- Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Work with internal and external resources to translate client business needs into effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and requirements.
