Summary: As a Cleanroom Protocol Control Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational integrity of our cleanroom facilities, ensuring compliance with stringent cleanliness and safety protocols. This role involves managing subcontractor communications, overseeing protocol implementation and inspections, and ensuring deadlines are met to minimize rework. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter dedicated to meeting client expectations efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the implementation and enforcement of cleanroom protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleanroom areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleanroom supplies, including gloves, gowns, masks, and cleaning agents.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization tasks within the cleanroom environment, in accordance with established protocols.
- Lead training sessions for cleanroom personnel on proper protocol adherence and safety measures.
- Promptly address any protocol deviations or cleanliness issues.
- Coordinate cleanroom activities with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
- Document and maintain accurate records of cleanroom activities, inspections, and inventory levels.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
