ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
As a Cleaning Operative at ABM, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients' facilities. Your duties will include maintaining clean and safe environments by performing tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass surfaces. You will also ensure that all stainless-steel fixtures are spotless and that floors, including marble pillars, are well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Sanitize and clean elevators, including wiping stainless-steel surfaces and removing smudges from mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and showers, ensuring fixtures are sanitized and trash is disposed of properly.
- Set up and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and uphold sanitation standards in designated areas.
- Assist supervisors and team leaders as needed to provide excellent service.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned within the scope of your role.
- Participate in monthly training sessions as required by management.
