Civil Construction Technical Manager
We are seeking a talented Civil Construction Technical Manager with a strong history of successfully overseeing a diverse array of construction projects. In this vital role, you will not only manage project teams and self-perform tasks but also nurture client relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that propel the growth of our construction division.
Location
This position offers flexibility within Colorado's front range, welcoming candidates from Greeley, Fort Collins, Johnstown, and the Denver Metro area.
The Impact You Will Have
- Ensure project supervisors are equipped with adequate budgets and schedules.
- Conduct construction observation and adhere to relevant project procedures.
- Maintain a field book in compliance with project protocols.
- Perform measurements and quantity calculations of construction work.
- Prepare Inspector’s Daily Reports and other necessary documentation as per project requirements.
- Report on work progress to project supervisors, including technical issues and any noted deficiencies.
- Review plans, specifications, and submissions relevant to assigned tasks.
- Provide design or professional assistance to project managers.
- Maintain company-owned vehicles or equipment assigned for project use.
