Your Role

As a Children’s Crisis Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Providing trauma-informed care to ensure young people feel safe and supported.
Establishing strong, trusting, and positive relationships.
Promoting healthy routines and developing vital life skills.
Supporting educational needs, meal preparation, and attending appointments.
Advocating fiercely so that every young person feels heard and valued.
Transporting young individuals to activities and appointments.
Inspiring confidence, resilience, and hope for the future.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re in search of individuals who exemplify heart, strength, and dedication:
Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights).
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential. We offer comprehensive training to help you thrive.
