Join our team as a Child Autism Support Specialist, starting at $19/hour with an increase to $22.50 upon RBT certification (all training costs covered). Enjoy paid training, flexible daytime shifts (starting at 8am, 9am, 1pm, or 4pm), and Saturday availability. Initially, this position will be based in Naperville, IL, transitioning to our new Wheaton clinic in April.

As a Behavior Technician, you will actively contribute to our mission, helping children enhance their communication skills, independence, and confidence, all while receiving support from a dedicated team that values mutual growth.
Your daily activities will be engaging and meaningful, primarily working one-on-one with children aged 2 to 12. You will:
- Engage in games and activities to foster language and social skills.
- Assist children in learning essential life skills, such as requesting help, tying shoes, and transitioning between tasks.
- Support children during challenging moments, helping them navigate meltdowns and elopement with patience.
- Document progress and session notes for your BCBA to adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with your team to celebrate successes and adapt strategies as needed.
- Embrace flexibility, understanding that each child is unique and every day presents new opportunities.
