About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to take on the role of Chief of Staff to our VP of Go-To-Market (GTM) and assist in scaling the team’s daily operations. This position is designed to enhance coordination and discipline within the GTM team, enabling effective strategic and executional operations. You will collaborate closely with the department leader and engage with teams across Marketing, Ecosystem, Growth, and Product to ensure clarity in priorities, proper sequencing of tasks, and visible progress on initiatives. While you will not manage a team directly, your contributions will be crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of the GTM system.
We recognize that the role of Chief of Staff can vary widely; this position is not merely an executive apprenticeship or a senior leadership role. Instead, it is tailored for a resourceful, high-potential operator who seeks real ownership, excels in detail-oriented tasks, and enjoys fostering clarity, rhythm, and progress in a growing GTM organization.
This role is fully remote and does not require residency in the UK. However, it is best suited for someone who is highly flexible and willing to work during European timezone hours to facilitate close collaboration and real-time execution with the broader team.
