As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a pivotal support to the CEO and executive team, facilitating clarity, alignment, and effective execution across the organization. Your leadership will empower Beam to grow swiftly while maintaining our focus on purpose and mission.
This strategic role demands a hands-on approach, placing you at the forefront of organizational decision-making and operations, which will include:
Collaborating with the CEO and leadership to establish company OKRs, pinpointing key priorities, and ensuring the organization stays aligned to achieve those goals.
Acting as a central liaison across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance team coherence, accountability, and effective communication.
Assisting the CEO in decision-making, communications, and follow-up on strategic initiatives, including preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and executive dialogues.
Managing special projects that span multiple departments but are crucial for Beam’s expansion.
Cultivating and reinforcing strong communication practices, operational rhythms, and a mission-oriented culture throughout the team.

Your background may include experience in startups, consulting, operations, product management, or strategy; however, your distinct ability to drive clarity, communicate persuasively, and execute with determination sets you apart.
We seek candidates with:
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally encompassing a mix of startup, consulting, strategy, or operations; bonus points for direct collaboration with executive teams in high-growth, mission-driven settings.
Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
