Position Overview: Chief Executive Officer
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer following the retirement of the current postholder. The right candidate may be considered for secondment in accordance with departmental guidelines. This role operates in a hybrid model, predominantly based in Dublin, with some travel required.
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight while ensuring effective governance within the Edmund Rice Schools Trust network. You will report directly to the Board, ensuring the Trust accomplishes its mission and upholds its responsibilities as a trustee of a national network of educational institutions inspired by the legacy of Blessed Edmund Rice.
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities coupled with extensive organizational management experience.
A profound understanding of the mission, ethos, and educational legacy of Edmund Rice schools.
Significant experience in engaging with senior stakeholders across the education sector, public entities, and faith-based organizations.
Proven track record in governance, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
