Our establishment is renowned for serving guests from around the globe who appreciate top-tier golfing experiences and exceptional dining.
In this dynamic leadership position, you will be actively engaged on the line with your team during service, ensuring that every dish—ranging from locally sourced oysters to perfectly dry-aged steaks and fresh seasonal ingredients—exemplifies our unwavering commitment to excellence. You will interact with golfers unwinding at the bar, locals celebrating milestones, and visitors who expect both impeccable execution and heartfelt hospitality.
Collaborating closely with our Executive Chef, you will contribute to menu development that highlights the finest flavors of the Pacific Northwest, while overseeing all aspects of kitchen management: including cost control, inventory tracking, team leadership, scheduling, and maintaining quality during peak service. Your expertise in handling premium proteins and fresh seafood will be essential in this role, as will your operational experience running a year-round, seven-day-a-week kitchen.
This position is not suited for those who prefer to manage from a distance. We seek a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in every dish, and knows how to maintain team performance even when the dining area is bustling. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, including at least 5 years in a Chef/Manager position within an upscale, modern steakhouse.
