The Team
The Channel Sales Team serves as the growth engine of Celonis, dedicated to fostering a thriving partner ecosystem that drives exponential growth. We are strategically expanding our sales channels to ensure our partners' success in managing their Celonis businesses effectively.
The Role
As a Channel Sales Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue within your territory through our partners. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will empower partners to successfully manage and expand their Celonis business. Your expertise in Sales and Account Management, combined with an in-depth understanding of the Celonis platform, will allow you to provide extensive support through the entire customer lifecycle. This includes pre-sales strategy, contractual guidance, renewal management, and account expansion. You will take ownership of your partner territory, developing and executing business strategies that leverage our partners' strengths. While this role focuses on partner development, you may also engage in customer interactions when necessary.
The Work You’ll Do
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for partners within your region, supporting their sales efforts.
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute territory plans, defining objectives and ensuring they meet retention rates, NNARR, and customer health goals.
- Guide partners through the sales and renewal processes, sharing best practices on demand generation, prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, demos, business case creation, deal negotiation, and renewal strategies.
- Provide transactional support for partners with lead qualification, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, and contracting.
- Proactively manage partner customer accounts, offering strategic guidance on account management, customer health, value realization, and adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer and partner success, resolving issues and escalations promptly.
