The Novotel Marseille Vieux-Port 4*, perfectly situated in the heart of the Phocean city, is searching for a Chambermaid / Room Attendant for a seasonal contract (30 hours per week) from April to September. Join our team for the summer season!

Your Responsibilities
Maintaining Cleanliness
You will thoroughly clean the assigned rooms, adhering to the establishment's high hygiene and quality standards, thereby actively contributing to its reputation.
Client Satisfaction
In regular contact with our guests, you will interact with warmth and professionalism. Attentive to expressed needs, you will provide swift and appropriate responses, with empathy and thoroughness, to deliver a memorable experience.
Respect for Privacy and Belongings
Accessing guests' private areas entails trust and responsibility: you will meticulously protect their privacy and handle their personal effects with utmost care.
Maintenance of Common Areas
Detail-oriented, you will help ensure that common areas are well-maintained, guaranteeing clean, tidy, and welcoming spaces at all times of the day.
Record Keeping and Reporting
Organized and respectful of procedures, you will track the rooms that have been serviced and report those needing special attention.
Teamwork
You will closely collaborate with the head housekeepers, your team, and other hotel departments to collectively contribute to the success of each stay.
Occasional Support
In a dynamic environment, you will be available to assist the housekeeping team with specific tasks or ad-hoc needs expressed by management.
Continuous Improvement
As a proactive individual, you will be encouraged to suggest improvement ideas to optimize processes and enhance service quality.
