The Role
As a Central Coordinator, you will be the vital link within our organization. You will manage communication between various departments to ensure seamless operations during events. Collaborating with project leaders, security personnel, fire watch, first aid responders, and emergency services, you will contribute to the safe and efficient execution of our activities.
Your Responsibilities:
Receive, analyze, process, and resolve notifications according to established protocols.
Operate technical systems such as radios, CCTV, computers, telephony, and fire alarm panels.
Act as the central information point for colleagues and external emergency services.
Escalate and coordinate communication during large-scale incidents.
Maintain communication discipline and ensure a clear conversational climate.
Identify and resolve issues in the reporting systems.
Ensure accurate reporting of notifications and deployment procedures.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with all involved parties.
