At Life Skills Autism Academy, a proud division of Centria Autism, we are dedicated to providing exceptional, center-based ABA Therapy services. Our approach is grounded in the belief that early and intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is crucial for children on the autism spectrum to reach their fullest potential. Our team comprises leading experts in the field of ABA, who are committed to developing individualized, one-on-one therapy programs. These programs are designed to break down daily tasks into manageable steps, enhancing communication skills, daily living abilities, and social behaviors essential for success in school, home, and community settings.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, center-based.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $20 to $23 per hour, adjusted based on education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings using a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
- Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols outlined in clients' individualized treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on observable client behavior.
- Assist in training parents and caregivers according to the client’s individualized treatment and behavior protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation is maintained according to established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as directed by BCBA/BC.
- Follow safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients, and report any critical incidents or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Support BCBA/BC in preparing client materials, behavior assessments, and skills acquisition strategies.
