The Center-Based Preschool Coach plays a crucial role within the Education Team, focused on motivating and mentoring infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K educators to implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate teaching practices. This position requires a service-oriented mindset, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to fostering excellence in others.
This role involves regular travel to early learning centers in the Gwinnett County area, serving children primarily aged six weeks to five years. As a Center-Based Preschool Coach, you will conduct on-site observations, provide training, and facilitate collaborative goal setting to enhance teaching quality, support professional growth, and improve child outcomes.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Candidates with advanced degrees and experience in early childhood education may be eligible for higher compensation within this range. Regular salary increases are available based on further education, outstanding performance, and tenure.
Your Responsibilities as a Center-Based Preschool Coach:
- Provide guidance and recommendations to inspire and support infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K teachers in enhancing classroom quality and promoting engaging, child-led learning.
- Assist in strengthening educators’ abilities to design and implement engaging curriculum selected by the organization.
- Transform classroom environments into nurturing spaces that exemplify excellence in care.
- Encourage goal setting and reflective practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
