YOUR MISSION
Join us at Glovo, where we are redefining the grocery shopping experience through our Q-Commerce platform. As we expand our local team in Kyiv, your role as Category Manager will be pivotal in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping journey. You will oversee the assortment, categorization, content, pricing, and promotional strategies for our Dark Stores, Glovo Express.
THE JOURNEY
- Take ownership of your assigned categories, driving measurable impact on the business through effective management of the MFCs assortment from start to finish. You will focus on key performance indicators such as Category Add-to-Cart, Average Order Value, and Gross Margin.
- Craft and implement the assortment strategy, identifying opportunities for enhancement in product listings and profit margins.
- Manage relationships with mid-sized vendors, including contract oversight, daily interactions, and negotiation of marketing funds to meet market and organizational needs.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by categorizing and organizing the assortment according to user preferences.
- Assist in determining product pricing strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and retail, leveraging insights to foster continuous improvement and innovation within the category management function.
