This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to:
Ensure prompt and effective processing of alerts in accordance with company protocols (regarding casino and payment risk players);
Detect fraudulent or suspicious players during shifts;
Oversee the resolution of casino and payment issues in line with established procedures;
Perform tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency;
Provide timely reports to management concerning casino and payment irregularities.
Qualifications we are looking for:
Experience in risk management, particularly within the fintech sector, is advantageous;
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and nights;
Strong numerical proficiency and advanced Excel capabilities;
Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English;
Familiarity with Google Sheets and reporting tools is preferred.
