What will you do in this role?
As the Cargo Operations Manager at Aviapartner, you will be responsible for translating operational strategies into actionable plans. You will organize, plan, coordinate, and oversee operations within the Cargo Department to meet agreed service levels (SLAs) and strategic objectives while maintaining close communication with operational managers across various services (office, ramp, warehouse).
You will implement and monitor change plans and new procedures that support strategic and budgetary goals, continuously enhancing processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
Your leadership will motivate, coach, evaluate, and foster the development of team members. You will collaborate with HR to identify and address recruitment needs and promote an open and transparent working atmosphere.
You will ensure efficient and clear work procedures and a transparent organization, overseeing KPIs and SLAs while taking proactive measures to achieve objectives. Safety and order in the workplace, including compliance with environmental regulations, will be a priority.
Maintaining daily communications with clients to ensure a high level of service will be crucial, along with close collaboration with the General Manager, Station Manager, and other departments to advocate for customer interests. You will assist the General/Station Manager in monitoring performance relative to budget, taking actions to address deviations and achieve financial objectives.
