We are seeking a passionate and driven Car Sales Executive to join our dedicated team at Honda Rochdale. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in selling both new and used vehicles.
As a Sales Executive, you will engage with customers through various channels—face-to-face, phone, and online. Your primary goal is to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. You will thrive in a target-driven environment, motivated by the excitement of closing sales. A deep understanding of our vehicles and compliance with FCA regulations are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a diverse range of value and prestige used cars.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with all sales regulations.
- Manage the showroom presentation and online vehicle listings.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about meeting targets and KPIs. Although experience in car sales is preferred, it is not essential. Above all, a positive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for sales are a must. This role offers uncapped market-leading commission opportunities.
