As a Business Technology Advisor, you will serve as a trusted guide for executive decision-makers, helping them navigate the right technology strategies to safeguard, enhance, and expand their operations.
This role transcends traditional sales; it focuses on building relationships and delivering impactful solutions. You will collaborate closely with CFOs, CTOs, and business owners to identify challenges, convert business requirements into actionable technology solutions, and drive quantifiable results.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead new logo MRR and revenue growth within your designated territory.
- Implement the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
- Engage with high-level decision-makers in the healthcare, financial, and professional services sectors.
- Conduct insightful consultations to discern business needs and align them with Entech’s Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Compliance offerings.
- Present compelling solutions and technology demonstrations that effectively communicate business value.
- Work collaboratively across departments, including Marketing, Engineering, and Service Delivery, to craft customized proposals and IT roadmaps.
- Maintain an organized and transparent sales process using HubSpot and ConnectWise.
- Participate in local networking events, representing Entech as a leading technology authority in the community.

- Consistently surpass revenue and pipeline targets through strategic territory management and proactive outreach.
- Build credibility within your target industries and confidently lead executive-level discussions.
- Become recognized internally as a trusted advisor and externally as a consultative partner who delivers tangible outcomes.
What You Offer
- 2+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing mid-market deals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — capable of engaging both technical and financial stakeholders.
- A data-driven mentality toward territory management and pipeline development.
- Technical proficiency to swiftly grasp Managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
