About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a talented Business Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Business Technology team. Your mission will be to enhance and scale the systems that support our Go-To-Market (GTM), Finance, and Operations teams. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and maintain integrations, automations, and workflows within our SaaS ecosystem to ensure efficient data flows and operational reliability. By leveraging your technical skills and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver robust solutions that drive our business growth forward.
What You’ll Achieve:
Systems Development & Customization
Design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions within Salesforce and other essential SaaS tools.
Configure workflows, automations, and data processes to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
Integrations & Architecture
Develop and sustain integrations using popular iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, Celigo, Mulesoft).
Construct direct API integrations (Node.js, Python, AWS Lambda, REST/SOAP) for tailored connectivity.
Contribute to the strategic planning of systems architecture and integration to ensure scalability and durability.
Data & Governance
Ensure high data integrity and synchronization across CRM, ERP, billing, and support systems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process flows, and best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
Engage with key stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Support to identify needs and deliver impactful solutions.
