Role Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst for Marketing on GitLab's Lead to Cash team, you will act as a vital link between our Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams, overseeing the technical execution within our go-to-market systems ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the Lead to Opportunity process. You will analyze intricate business requirements, convert them into actionable specifications, and contribute to delivering scalable solutions that enhance our demand capturing, routing, and measurement processes. Collaborating closely with tools like Salesforce and Marketo, you will lead discovery sessions, conduct gap analyses, and facilitate change management initiatives to drive user adoption, ensuring our processes remain measurable, reliable, and aligned with GitLab’s business objectives in our fully remote, values-oriented environment.
