Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Team. This role is dedicated to enhancing Sales & Marketing operations through thorough process analysis, system configuration, and automation. A background in systems integration or large program delivery is essential, complemented by hands-on business analysis experience within product or enterprise environments. This position requires robust business analysis capabilities to identify issues, design future-state processes, and drive impactful change.
You will engage with Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and other tools while collaborating with Sales & Marketing, analytics, and digital transformation teams to achieve tangible improvements in efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, map, and redesign Sales & Marketing processes using lean methodologies to boost operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements across systems, workflows, and teams.
- Lead business initiatives for system upgrades and new feature rollouts across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and related tools.
- Act as the primary administrator for key Sales & Marketing systems, ensuring they remain stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- Collect business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
