The Role:
As a Business Systems Analyst / Administrator on our Business Systems and Insights team, you will act as the essential link between business operations and technology. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, configuring, and maintaining our core systems to enhance efficiency, support financial workflows, and deliver strategic solutions.
Location: This position is remote, based in Denver, CO. We plan to establish an office in Denver, and once operational, hybrid attendance will be required onsite at least 9 days each month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, system workflows, and configuration designs.
• Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, accounting, CRM, back-office tools).
• Lead system upgrades, new implementations, and integration projects while managing vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system changes.
• Train end users, create documentation (user guides, SOPs), and provide post-implementation support.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
