Position Overview
We are currently on the lookout for a Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive high-impact, cross-functional projects within the organization. You will act as the operational backbone for new product development and launches—overseeing the technical build, eligibility configurations, and comprehensive testing processes that introduce new offerings to patients. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Ecommerce teams to tackle complex operational challenges and design scalable systems that facilitate our ongoing growth.
This position demands a structured and analytical mindset, leveraging data to guide decisions and execution. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in configuring product catalogs, executing end-to-end test flows, and developing financial models. You should be comfortable managing both the systems and strategic aspects of the role, excelling in an environment filled with ambiguity, and taking full ownership from the initial scoping phase through to execution.
In our fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our operations—identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing processes, and spearheading initiatives that significantly impact both business performance and patient satisfaction.
Note: This is a contract-to-hire position, initially lasting approximately 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive operational setup for new product launches—from defining product offerings (consult types, dose configurations, pricing tiers) to setting up catalogs in Strapi, integrating pharmacy logic, configuring eligibility by state, and coordinating physical product logistics.
Act as the primary end-to-end tester for new product offerings, designing patient experience workflows, validating pre-launch order flows, and pinpointing issues prior to production release.
Collaborate effectively across diverse teams, ensuring alignment and facilitating smooth execution of operational plans.
