THE ROLE
The Business Operations Manager, Luxury, Americas is a pivotal business partner tasked with enhancing operational excellence and driving sales execution across Sotheby’s Luxury categories in the Americas. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Management & Business Operations, this role collaborates closely with Specialist Departments, Business Directors, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless delivery of auctions and exhibitions to the highest standards.
This role is essential to the implementation of Sotheby’s Luxury strategy throughout the Americas, supporting strategic initiatives, refining processes, and bolstering cross-category collaboration. This enables teams to work with clarity, discipline, and scalability while upholding excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong judgment, the capability to manage complexity, and demonstrate confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, high-profile environment.
