Your Role
As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing gross margins through comprehensive analysis of financial metrics, billings, costs, and operational processes. You will leverage your expertise in inventory management, vendor relations, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the forecasting of the Services P&L.
- Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for margin enhancement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline operations and optimize processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to effectively implement strategies and resolve challenges.
- Maintain and report on key performance metrics and dashboards.
- Support discount reporting initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
