Operations Team at Brex
The Operations team is pivotal to Brex’s mission to empower businesses through our Intelligent Finance Platform. We oversee critical components such as credit, fraud prevention, money movement, and payment processing to safeguard both our customers and our organization. From ensuring seamless product launches to developing scalable systems that drive innovation, we operate at the nexus of product development, design, engineering, and customer success. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the primary Business Operations partner for Brex’s Business Development (BD) team, engaging closely with both external partners and internal stakeholders to drive the success of strategic collaborations. This position is highly cross-functional and requires an outward-facing approach. You will establish clarity amidst ambiguity, connect various teams, and translate partner opportunities into actionable operating plans and quantifiable business results.
Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Vancouver office, where we embrace a hybrid work model that blends the energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Initially, you will be required to be in the office at least two coordinated days a week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Beginning February 2, 2026, this requirement will increase to three days a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, you will enjoy the flexibility of up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
