During the first three months, you will receive full-time training (theory, exams, and practical experience) from seasoned professionals in the field of information management, earning various certifications along the way. After this training period, we will guide you toward a suitable client in your local area. You will have opportunities to interview with exciting clients and ultimately choose where you want to start your career. Potential employers include SMEs, municipal organizations, healthcare and educational institutions, as well as top 500 companies such as Rabobank, TNO, VDL, Alliander, ONVZ, ASR, NOC*NSF, Van Lanschot, Achmea, and Gazelle. After more than a year working through People X, you will transition to employment with the client, leading to a salary increase.
You will play a crucial role in utilizing and optimizing various processes and systems within an organization. With rapid technological advancements, including the increasing use of SaaS (Software as a Service) and Cloud solutions, aligning business with technology has never been more important. Optimizing business processes and systems ensures enhanced performance within the organization. Your role as a Business IT professional will be to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
Responsibilities as a Business IT professional are diverse and include:
Managing processes between the organization, IT, and suppliers while maintaining effective communication;
Advising and supporting users to ensure systems are user-friendly and function optimally;
Ensuring system availability and implementing improvements as needed;
Participating in projects such as the implementation of new systems or large-scale improvement initiatives;
Training users through steering groups (key-users).
What We Offer You
A 1.5-year traineeship;
Paid from day one of the traineeship, with a salary between €2750 and €3250 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek;
A specialized Business IT traineeship taught by recognized (Microsoft) certified trainers with practical experience, providing insights into various industries through assignments and lectures;
The opportunity to earn various certifications that align with market needs, giving you a competitive edge in your new job, including: Lean Green Belt, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Scrum/Agile, BiSL.
