In this role, you will take full ownership of the analytics process—from translating intricate business and financial inquiries into clear, actionable intelligence to serving as a technical problem solver and advocate for our customers. This opportunity merges business intelligence, technical investigation, and customer collaboration with a strong emphasis on the U.S. business and finance landscape. Proficient English communication skills are essential.
Technical & Customer-Facing Responsibilities
● Collaborate directly with customers to comprehend their technical challenges and steer them through effective resolution pathways.
● Investigate escalated issues such as application behavior, workflow failures, data integrity issues, and backend anomalies.
● Conduct in-depth analysis of systems and logs utilizing tools like GCP, Datadog, Airflow, and GitHub to trace, replicate, and clarify system behavior.
● Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to escalate bugs, submit tickets, contribute to documentation, and influence improvements to the product roadmap.
● Serve as the technical representative for customers by identifying recurring pain points, trends, and usability gaps.
● Develop internal documentation, playbooks, and process enhancements to minimize repeat issues and enhance first-response resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Analytics
● Take charge of end-to-end BI and reporting in Power BI, encompassing data modeling, dashboard design, and advanced visualization.
● Collaborate with business leaders to frame pertinent questions, challenge assumptions, and drive data-informed decision-making.
● Design and implement new analytics processes, workflows, and reporting structures from the ground up.
● Lead analytics projects—especially within U.S. finance or business contexts—and clearly illustrate how insights shape outcomes.
● Operate autonomously, fully accountable for deliverables, insight quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
