Your Role as a Business Implementation Manager:
In this exciting position, you will work closely with a diverse range of teams including Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, Technology, and various external partners. Here’s a glimpse of what your daily responsibilities will entail:
- Lead the comprehensive planning, design, delivery, and Hypercare of the Smart Retail Ordering solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering measurable improvements in forecasting, allocation, and replenishment.
- Convert business requirements into system designs, operational workflows, forecasting logic, and replenishment parameters.
- Ensure that SRO functionality is in sync with commercial goals, operational processes, and store execution needs.
- Assist in building capabilities across the business, empowering teams to interpret forecast outputs and confidently utilize new tools.
- Act as an advocate for SRO throughout the organization, fostering strong engagement and readiness among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration with Technology Product Owners, solution architects, data teams, and external vendors to ensure a seamless alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
- Oversee testing, user validation, and defect resolution to guarantee a high-quality deployment.
- Promote continuous improvement of the SRO, ensuring smooth integration with interconnected systems.
- Monitor operational performance after launch, identifying enhancements to boost accuracy, usability, and overall efficiency.
- Partner with the Change Manager to own change management, communications, and training initiatives, ensuring that new processes and tools are well understood, adopted, and integrated across the global network.
- Support the creation of engaging training materials and elevate the capabilities of teams involved in forecasting, allocation, and replenishment.
- Manage and support business dependencies, ensuring cohesive collaboration within the new Smart Retail Ordering model.
- Maintain robust vendor relationships and ensure delivery according to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Oversee budgets, resources, and governance.
