Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales. The successful candidate will possess exceptional selling and negotiation skills, confidently engage with decision-makers, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Experience in selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is highly desirable. Nevertheless, we welcome applicants from various B2B sectors who can showcase strong commercial acumen and a track record of sales success.
This position encompasses new business development and account management. You will be responsible for attracting new clients, nurturing existing accounts, exploring new markets, and serving as a reliable partner for your clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering enduring relationships. Occasional international travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and target new clients across diverse industries.
- Execute cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking initiatives.
- Establish new accounts and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Explore and penetrate new markets, including international opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Facilitate client meetings and presentations.
- Create tailored proposals and commercial offers.
- Lead negotiations and finalize deals.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and service-related matters.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between clients and internal recruitment teams.
- Foster strong, long-lasting partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Expansion:
- Investigate and identify opportunities in new countries and sectors.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and potential international engagements.
- Be open to international travel when necessary.
