Our Commercial Development team is on the lookout for a Business Development Representative (f/m/d). In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in broadening our customer base across the UK, contributing to Moss’ sustained success. You will utilize a variety of outreach and sales techniques while receiving guidance and mentorship from our exceptional leadership team and experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities
Here's an overview of your daily activities:
Identifying opportunities with CFOs and Finance leaders to generate interest in the Moss solution through a multi-channel outreach strategy.
Conducting comprehensive market research to discover new potential customers.
Accurately recording all customer data and collaborating with team members to continuously enhance commercial processes, thereby improving conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
Working in partnership with Account Executives and the Marketing team to effectively support the complete sales cycle, while maintaining a thorough understanding of your individual pipeline.
About you
To thrive in this role, you will need the following experience and qualifications:
A completed bachelor’s degree and/or at least 6 months of experience in a sales-related position, ideally within the Software as a Service (SaaS) or FinTech sectors (e.g., as a sales representative, sales intern, or working student).
