Key Responsibilities
- Execute over 100 outbound calls daily to B2B prospects within the tech, SaaS, and service-based industries.
- Engage in proactive prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Assess incoming leads and guide them through the sales funnel effectively.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts and tailor outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers.
- Coordinate and schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive) to monitor activities and evaluate pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with both marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation techniques.
- Achieve or surpass monthly targets for outreach, scheduled meetings, and qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation (experience in SaaS is advantageous).
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of prospecting methodologies, lead nurturing tactics, and cold outreach best practices.
- Self-driven, resilient, and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Must be based in Mexico.
