Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads, qualifying interest in Okta’s innovative products — serving as the essential first contact for potential customers.
- Generate high-quality meetings and develop pipeline through thoughtful outreach via phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify genuine business challenges and position Account Executives to address them effectively.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce to track interactions and manage lead information efficiently.
