Your Role
We are looking to onboard 1–2 Business Development Representatives, with the possibility of scaling the team further in the near future. While hiring for Account Executives is our immediate focus, BDRs play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our pipeline and facilitating our ascent into the enterprise market.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in outbound prospecting, are eager to engage with complex B2B sales cycles, and are motivated to transition into closing roles over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting to identified target accounts using channels such as email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads, scheduling meetings for Account Executives.
- Conduct thorough research on accounts and key stakeholders to enable personalized outreach.
- Interact with multiple personas within target organizations as part of early deal cycles.
- Work closely with Account Executives to foster pipeline development.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of activities in CRM systems.
- Continuously enhance messaging and outreach strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high learning velocity and a keen interest in understanding business operations and purchasing decisions.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and a tenacious follow-up approach.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Aspiration to build a career in B2B sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a BDR or SDR role.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technical products.
- Technical curiosity or hands-on experience with modern tools.
- A desire to progress into an Account Executive position.
