The Opportunity
Our partner is enhancing their Business Development team and is on the lookout for enthusiastic and innovative Business Development Representatives to spearhead demand generation and pipeline expansion. This position suits candidates who flourish in fast-paced startup environments and are eager to influence the future of outbound and inbound sales development.
Unlike traditional sales development roles, this team champions creative experimentation across outreach channels, supporting inventive strategies for engaging potential customers. High achievers have clear advancement pathways, with opportunities to transition into closing or growth-oriented positions within roughly 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound and inbound outreach.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies using phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Work closely with sales, growth, and leadership teams to enhance messaging and targeting.
- Monitor and manage outreach efforts using internal tools and systems.
- Professionally represent the company at conferences and customer meetings, with occasional travel (1–2 times per quarter).
- Provide insights to refine sales development processes and bolster demand generation initiatives.
