Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at DroneDeploy, you will be instrumental in driving our outbound sales pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will act as a crucial link between marketing demand generation and sales, providing a seamless experience for both prospects and internal teams. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound connections with target accounts identified by Demand Generation and Sales. Additionally, you will prioritize prompt follow-up with inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and offer valuable feedback on prospect interactions. Your daily activities will include cold calling, personalized emailing, and social engagement to create new demand and grow our customer base. Success in this role hinges on a competitive spirit, a collaborative approach, and the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
