Your Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead our initial outreach efforts. Your expertise will play a crucial role in identifying and capturing qualified leads, fostering opportunities, and propelling the growth of our revolutionary healthcare solutions powered by artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Top of Funnel Ownership
Engage in proactive outbound prospecting via emails, calls, and social media to cultivate qualified leads.
Conduct thorough research to pinpoint promising healthcare practices utilizing tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
Develop tailored messaging and outreach sequences to effectively engage potential clients.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
Lead Qualification
Employ effective discovery techniques to evaluate prospect needs and alignment with Decoda Health's offerings.
Ensure up-to-date and precise CRM records, monitoring outreach activities, responses, and progression through the sales funnel.
Performance Metrics
Collaborate closely with the founder to enhance outreach strategies and messaging approaches.
Deliver insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to refine targeting and boost conversion rates.
Success Metrics
Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly objectives for outreach, scheduled meetings, and opportunities generated.
Analyze and report on outreach performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
What We Seek in a Candidate
A minimum of 2 years experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or health-tech sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets for meetings scheduled and opportunities created.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
