Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue strategic avenues within the defense, intelligence, and maritime security sectors.
Develop and implement capture strategies for programs related to maritime sensors, AI-driven analytics, and maritime domain awareness systems.
Collaborate with government clients to translate operational challenges into effective technical solutions.
Cultivate and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to enhance capture probability and win rates.
Work alongside engineering teams to showcase Spear AI's capabilities, including maritime sensors, real-time data pipelines, and AI-enhanced maritime analytics.
Oversee the business development lifecycle encompassing market research, opportunity shaping, RFI/RFP support, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Navigate intricate government procurement processes to transition pilot projects, SBIR initiatives, and prototype implementations into sustainable programs.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders in defense, intelligence, and allied maritime organizations.
Expand strategic alliances with industry and technology partners to foster innovation and growth.
