Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Houston is tasked with achieving and surpassing sales targets for Nutrafol within the Houston territory. This role is essential for driving our growth initiatives.
While Nutrafol operates as a distributed, remote-first organization, it is crucial that the successful candidate resides in the assigned territory (Houston) and is located near a major airport, as this role requires market travel.
In this capacity, you will promote, sell, and provide training on our Nutrafol product lineup to your accounts. A focus on a customer-centric approach is paramount, ensuring that you deliver value to practices while expanding our market presence. As a BDM, you will be instrumental in nurturing both new and existing relationships, offering exceptional customer service, and facilitating ongoing education and training within practices. You will also actively communicate promotional campaigns and marketing resources to drive business growth and establish loyal prescribers who recommend Nutrafol to their patients. Your efforts will be directed towards enhancing business within existing accounts and consistently opening new ones, targeting healthcare professionals engaged in aesthetics and those treating patients concerned with hair retention and overall health.
