FP Markets Group is a prominent multi-regulated brokerage firm based in Australia, providing traders with access to a wide range of CFD trading options including Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Full-time Business Development Manager for Cambodia to join our dynamic team remotely from any location within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage assigned territories by converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with both new and existing partners.
- Proactively seek out trading professionals across various social and professional platforms to engage them as clients and partners.
- Identify and leverage the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
- Assist in onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring a seamless user experience in collaboration with customer support.
- Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create compelling sales and marketing content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners while actively working to retain and re-engage clients and partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
- Regularly monitor and optimize the activities and performance of affiliates and partners to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing management with insights on the customer journey.
- Adhere to regulatory frameworks and company policies with due diligence.
- Attend conferences and business meetings as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the FX/CFD and online trading industry.
- Native Khmer speaker with excellent proficiency in English, preferably with connections or work experience in the region.
- Client-focused individual with outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
- Proven ability to influence and drive beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, with a strong desire for success.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team while maintaining a proactive attitude.
