With 5-10 years of experience in sales, particularly within the banking sector in Saudi Arabia, you will engage with leading banks, manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, and maintain ongoing client relationships. Your expertise in market analysis will be vital as you cultivate relationships with management and senior staff in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by ProgressSoft.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with ProgressSoft's 2022-2026 business objectives for the Saudi Arabian market.
- Oversee the entire sales process, collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Team Leaders.
- Engage with customers effectively to comprehend their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Bidding Team to prepare comprehensive proposals that showcase ProgressSoft's capabilities and address client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals for solutions and ongoing maintenance.
- Utilize ProgressSoft’s CRM extensively to maintain and update client profiles.
- Conduct competitive analysis to compare ProgressSoft’s offerings with market alternatives.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities.
- Establish robust distribution channels with respected global, regional, and local businesses.
